Roof Defects — description of roof defects observed in March 2012.
Spider Tech Ltd Quotes — quotation for repairs, in three parts, received from Spider Tech Limited in July 2012.
Chimney and Roof Repairs — observations during and immediately after execution of repairs in November 2012.
Please note that these are separate from the repairs commissioned by Michael Upton, to a different part of the roof, earlier in the year.
